PROXY BALLOT FORM AND INSTRUCTIONS
Nominations for the Pine Shadows Board of Directors 2023-2025
are now CLOSED, however if you will not be able to attend the May meeting you can submit a proxy ballot as follows:

1. Proxy Ballots will be accepted via
a. the form below, or
b. via U.S. Mail: PSCC POBox 1731, Livingston, TX 77351, addressed to SECRETARY or
c. may be given to a current Officer/Director in writing in person in a SEALED ENVELOPE addressed to SECRETARY.
2. Deadline for RECEIPT of proxy ballots is May 06, 2023 0800 CST.
3. Please make your write-ins in good faith; select individuals without personal bias and in the best interest of the neighborhood.
4. Please confirm with your write-in candidate in advance that they wish to serve so that we can have a fair and efficient election and do not need to eliminate invalid candidates at election time.
5. Only residents or property owners may serve. Invalid write-ins will be rejected.
