PSCC February Meeting
Thanks to everyone who joined us for our February meeting at the local VFW Hall Post 8568. We're looking forward to seeing everyone at the May PSCC meeting, location to be determined. For reference, should our next meeting be at the local VVW directions from Pine Shadows can be found here.

Lot Dues Paid to Date:

101 families have paid lot dues for 2025

Total lot dues receipts have been $11,155

$600 in payments have been received in response to the reminder mailer earlier this year. Thanks to those of you who have responded to the PSCC reminder letter!

Outstanding Lot Dues

15 residents have not yet paid 2025 lot dues, 3 of which have been contacted and refuse to pay.

Work continues to contact the remaining 12 residents.

In total $1,125 in lot dues remain unpaid for 2025.

The PSCC Board is exploring remedies for residents who have not paid lot dues.
