The 2025-2027 Architectural Committee is in the process of being formed.

Members planning to make additions or changes that fall within the requirement to submit a request to the Architectural Committee are requested to contact Greg Adams at president.pscc@gmail.com (use button below to email Greg) to initiate an Architecture Committee Review. As of the August community meeting, the formation of the committee was initiated and several residents have volunteered to serve. Once a committee lead is identified the Architecture Request form will be re-hosted on this website for download, in the interim please contact Greg and he will provide a copy of the request form. ​
