Treasurer's Report for November 2022

Assets: Combined Checking and Savings Total: $23,947.30 and we have $100 in small bills for fundraiser startup costs and till seed money.

Accounts Payable: The liability insurance reported last quarter has posted for $2020 and is the only significant non-monthly reoccurring expense.

Reimbursements: There have been no reimbursements.

Lot Dues: Collection of lot dues remains unchanged since last report; we have collected: $11,482.50 and there remain 4 accounts in arrears for a total of $457.50.

Fundraiser: An ice cream social was held and anonymous donations were accepted. Donations totaled $221.

Cake and Ice cream and misc. were donated by:

• Pat Ford: 3 gallons of ice cream

• Melissa Long: 1 gallon of ice cream, syrup and sprinkles

• Sandra Burke: 1 gallon of ice cream and syrup

• Delbra Perkins donated cake

• serving utensils and disposable plates and napkins came from Civic Club inventory.
